At CARE-A-BUNCH, respect for your time and your trust is where we start – and that extends to your data. This page explains, plainly, what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal data in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD).

Who we are

CARE-A-BUNCH is a hospitality consultancy that helps international travel and luxury brands build relevance in Latin America. Our contact with you is almost always professional: partners, clients, suppliers, press, and trade professionals (“multipliers”).

What we collect

Only what we need to talk and work with you:

Information you send us through our website form, by email, or via WhatsApp: your name, email, phone number, and the content of your message.
If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address, with your consent.
Technical browsing data collected automatically by the site (IP address, device type, and pages visited), via cookies, to keep the site running and understand its performance.

We don’t collect sensitive data, and our services aren’t directed to anyone under 18.

Why we use your data

To reply to you, run and deliver our projects, send communications you asked to receive, keep the site secure and functional, and meet our legal obligations. The legal bases we rely on are, as applicable: performance of a contract, legitimate interest, consent, and compliance with a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with the tools we use to operate (for example: our email provider and website host, our newsletter tool, and productivity systems), and only as far as needed to provide the service. These providers may store data outside Brazil; when they do, we choose well-established providers committed to data protection. We may also share data where the law requires it.

How we protect it

We keep your data in trusted, widely used tools, with access limited to those who need it for their work and retained only for as long as necessary. No system is 100% foolproof, but we treat your data with the same care we give the trust of everyone we work with.

At any time and free of charge, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, or withdraw a consent. Just write to the contact below – we respond within the legal timeframe.
